Relationship Support for Individuals
You can love and be loved by your partner.
YOU FEEL TAKEN FOR GRANTED AND ARE STRUGGLING TO GET YOUR NEEDS MET IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP OR KEEP ATTRACTING THE WRONG PARTNER
You keep trying to communicate to your partner about your needs but struggle to get them to understand you.
You feel like you are the only one making an effort in the relationship and are taken for granted.
You want to understand yourself better – what makes you feel loved and why you act the way that you do in your close relationships.
Maybe you are not sure if your current relationship is the right one for you. You are not sure if you should stay, take it to the next phase, or leave altogether.
Perhaps you are not in a relationship and are wondering why relationships haven’t worked out for you.
Perhaps you have been hurt before and are afraid to trust and let yourself get close again.
If you are struggling in your relationship, you are not alone.
Many people have trouble navigating some of the most important relationships in their life. If that is the case, it’s not because there is something wrong with you.
Most people haven’t learned how to be effective in relationships.
I will work with you to help identify your needs in a relationship and learn how to communicate them better to your partner so they will listen.
We will work on learning what healthy boundaries are and how to put them in place in your relationship.
We will work on understanding your triggers that show up in relationships and how to best deal with them.
We will address the fears that are preventing you from getting close and being in a relationship again.
Some Concerns You May Have About Therapy
I already have a very busy schedule and adding therapy to it will be difficult. I provide online therapy to clients using a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform, which makes it easier to join sessions from the comfort of your home, between work meetings and family obligations.
Is it effective for me to work on my relationship individually if my partner is not ready for couples therapy? Yes. If you start learning new tools and implementing them in your relationship, your partner will start responding to them positively, which will improve your relationship.
Let’s get started.
Wherever you are with your relationship needs and goals, I can help you gain more confidence and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships.
Married or dating, together or individually, I will work with you on repairing, reconnecting and creating a happy and satisfying relationship.
