Yes. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. This time is used for you to ask any questions you may have about my services in order to decide if we will be a good fit, as well as for me to determine if the presenting issues are within my scope of competence and practice.

I am considered an out-of-network provider. If you choose to use your insurance, I will provide you with a statement (superbill), which you will submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance carrier to confirm your out-of-network benefits for mental health.

48-hour notice is required if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations received within the 48-hour window are charged the full amount of the scheduled session cost. Exceptions are made for emergencies and are at the therapist’s discretion.
